Here's what I've come up with for Hanging Tree so far, though it's just 
the intro.  I should have the rest posted later, but I thought you'd like 
to see tab for the intro.  It's played on an acoustic 12-string.  All it 
is is an open Dsus2 chord with hammer-ons to the G and then the A string...
